Hope 2 Overcome Movement

Psalm 46:10 "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

My blog may seem lazy today but I wanted to take time and invite all my friends and audience to join a movement that will bless your heart. I'm not sure if all of you have heard of the evangelist, Brady Weldon or not but he has a huge passion for helping hurting people and bringing them to the ultimate healer, Jesus Christ. He did our spring revival at my home church in McKenzie and my life hasn't been the same since, and I've been a believer and follower of Christ since I was young.

Go to www.hope2overcome.net and check out the beginning of what he is planning on lauching on August25th at 7pm. I've heard Brady's message on the living water and if Tuesday, the 25th's message is anything like that...AMAZING! As Christians we sometimes live our lives defeated and that we should always be that way. God never intended for His children to live that way. I encourage you to tell all your non-church attending friends to log on and listen to what Brady has to tell us. Many are putting together 'listening' parties b/c the computer availability is limited.

I am reminded of a sermon I heard at local revival in Huntingdon this past spring with Brother Sammie Tippett. Brother Tippett told us, "When you see yourself the way God sees you, you will FALL on your face in repentance and say,'I AM WRONG, MY ATTITUDE IS WRONG, AND MY LACK OF ACTION IS WRONG!' And our God is just to forgive us of our wrong doing, wrong attitudes, and wrong inaction. I want people to see me a year from now and say I'm more like Jesus than last year." That is my goal since this spring to be more like Jesus than I was this time last year.
